NETHERLANDS/ITALY: BDR Thermea has strengthened its strategic partnership with GI Holding adhering to the acquisition of a 25% stake in the Italian HVAC producer.
Headquartered in Latisana, Italy, GI Holding manufactures and markets a variety of warmth pumps, liquid chillers, air handling units, rooftop-packaged units and supporter coil models beneath the Clint, KTK Klimatechnik and Novair models. The organization also delivers tailor-created cooling units for server rooms and IT cooling applications under the Montair brand.
Based in Apeldoorn, heating equipment maker BDR Thermea owns the Baxi, De Dietrich, Remeha, Brötje, Chappée and Baymak manufacturers. The corporation has been providing GI Holding’s medium- to substantial-capability warmth pumps beneath the Baxi manufacturer in Italy, Spain and Portugal, considering the fact that 2020.
Under the strategic partnership, BDR Thermea will extend its featuring of commercial, industrial and multi-dwelling residential heating and cooling solutions. The businesses will also collaborate in R&D.
