AUSTRALIA: Beijer Ref has acquired all the assets in GMR Provides, a refrigeration wholesaler dependent in Perth, Western Australia, and Mackay Air Supply, an HVAC&R wholesaler based in Mackay, Queensland.
The firms have a put together yearly turnover that quantities to somewhere around SEK50m (US$5.3m).
