United states of america: John Faraci, who served as govt chairman of air conditioning and refrigeration machines producer Carrier at the time of its spin off from UTC final year, is to retire.
Faraci will not stand for re-election at the company’s future yearly shareholders’ conference on April 14, 2022.
Faraci, 71, has been a member of the Carrier board due to the fact the firm divided from UTC (given that renamed Raytheon Systems) in April 2020, and served as government chairman until April 2021.
Right before joining the Carrier board, he was chairman and CEO of Global Paper from 2003 to 2014, and a director of United Systems from 2005 to 2020.
