ITALY/SPAIN: Enex Technologies has more expanded its portfolio of “natural” refrigerant targeted corporations with the acquisition of Barcelona-primarily based EOS Refrigeration Tools SL
Launched in 2012, EOS manufactures industrial refrigeration and course of action cooling equipment working on “natural” refrigerants. This involves evaporators, condensers, evaporative condensers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, cooling towers, chillers and warmth pumps.
Francisco Vallina, founder and CEO of EOS, has been named president of Enex Technologies Industrial Refrigeration Division, which spans EOS and Samifi France. In his new part, Francisco will be supported by Samifi normal supervisor and divisional COO Franck Hamelin and sales director Remy Prunac.
In addition to EOS, Enex Technologies’ portfolio of HVACR brands now incorporates Enex, Roen Est and Emicon/Hidros/EthraTech in Italy, Arctic and Kobol in Spain, and Morgana and Samifi in France.
“The addition to Enex Systems of such a complete portfolio of inox/aluminium ventilated units and ammonia refrigeration machines tailored for all-natural refrigerants aligns with our passion for featuring organic and power effective alternatives to our customers,” commented Enex Systems chairman Greg Deldicque.
Enex Systems has forecasted 2023 gross sales of above €200m. It opened a new 7,500m2 manufacturing facility in Treviso final 12 months, quadrupling its manufacturing footprint. It is now creating what it promises will be the greatest exploration laboratory in Europe for products and solutions applying “natural” refrigerants.
