Howden set to buy US compressor parts company CPI


British isles/United states of america: Air and gas managing products and solutions company Howden has entered into an agreement to purchase Texas-dependent compressor parts producer and provider Compressor Items International (CPI).

Headquartered in Houston, CPI can trace its roots back again to 1897. At first recognized as France Compressor Goods, CPI has a wide worldwide purchaser foundation with gross sales mostly in North America, Europe and Asia. It manufactures precision-engineered, customized aftermarket solutions for the global reciprocating compressor marketplace.  

Howden maintains that the acquisition of CPI is suits with its method of increasing its international aftermarket presence in the compressor market place. Using benefit of CPI’s strategically positioned company centres, Howden intends to grow its aftermarket providers and coverage across North The united states and Europe. 

CPI’s valves and aftermarket items are reported to enhance Howden’s present aftermarket compressor technological know-how portfolio.
