EUROPE: The HVACR industry faces a hard new HFC section down timetable and previously solution bans in new F-gas regulation revision proposals voted via by MEPs nowadays.
With just one or two exceptions, this morning’s European parliamentary vote noticed the ENVI committee proposals led by rapporteur Bas Eickhout largely adopted by MEPs. The bulk of the late amendments tabled by Central and Jap European member states and backed by an alliance of 14 leading European and world industry associations, were struck down.
