SWEDEN: Swedish warmth pump producer Nibe has finished its desire in the Fujitsu Standard air conditioning business.
Nibe Industrier AB lately admitted it was in the system of evaluating a prospective acquisition of all or a majority of Fujitsu Standard. It has now declared that it will not go ahead with that procedure.
Fujitsu declared in January that it was trying to find a speedy sale of its 42% stake in the company in a offer rumoured to be really worth JPY140bn ($1.1bn). The other Fujitsu Normal shareholders incorporate the Lender of Japan, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
