SWEDEN/NORWAY: Swedish refrigeration contractor Francks Kylindustri has expanded its operations into neighbouring Norway with the acquisitions of industrial refrigeration contractor Therma Industri AS and cooling and ventilation agency Invent AS.
Therma Industri AS is a significant Norwegian supplier of industrial cooling and heating options with a focus on all-natural refrigerants. It had a turnover of NOK300m (€30m) in 2020.
Invent AS, with branches in Bergen and Fjell, is a supplier of air remedy, refrigeration and freezing methods, mainly aimed at community properties, marketplace and business buildings. It has income of about NOK35m (€3.5m).
Francks Kylindustri is a primary Swedish supplier of industrial and commercial cooling options with 28 places of work in Sweden, from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north.
